Hours of business:
Healing services may be scheduled on this web site which show the hours of business. Also, there may be times when Reiki will be given long distance which means you do not have to be in person. That is only after you have had the 3 appointment healing sessions and are receiving the monthly Reiki. The 3 appointment Reiki must be in person.
Making appointment policy:
Send an email for the service you are requesting. Most appointments are Sundays and evenings during the week. Appointments are made by emailing Jeanette or FB messaging. Also, the email is at the top of every page. At times there are Specials where scheduling may be done after the purchase and you will be guided through that.
Classes & Workshops:
Any classes or workshops that will be offered must be paid before the class & workshop starts. There are no refunds unless in exceptional circumstances, beyond your control, we may offer refund without forfeit. You may email us with the details of your situation and it will be reviewed with respect and to know that what you share will be in the strictest of confidence and confidentiality.

Cancellations:
Please note that Cancelling your services less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. Each service has a cancellation fee. In exceptional circumstances, beyond your control, we may offer to reschedule your appointment without the cancellation fee. Safety:
All surfaces are wiped down with EPA Disinfectants, extra time is allotted inbetween clients, All linens are washed at high temperatures with bleach-based products.
About Covid, etc:
Understanding that close contact with people increases exposure to infection, please do not schedule any appointment if you are or have been sick within the week of your appointment please email to reschedule. Thank you.
