What to expect with your

First Massage

-There will be a questionnaire you’ll be asked to fill out before the appointment with questions to determine your overall heath and wellness goals.

-Upon arriving we will go over your questionnaire before starting considering all information you’ve provided.  This is to promote the best experience for you.

-Then I will step out of the room and you can undress to your level of comfort.  Take off as much clothing as you are comfortable removing.

-Then you can lie on the table underneath the sheet and blanket provided which will be covering all of you except your head and the part being massaged.

-Soft music will be played and the lights within the room are dimmed to provide a very relaxing and comfortable enviornment and the massage table is heated.

-I will knock and ask before coming back in the room to make sure you are ready.

-During the massage I will be using massage cream or oils.  All are of high quality and suitable for most everyone.

-Depending on your needs & service you requested I will then begin massage.  At any time if you are uncomfortable in any way please let me know.  I will also check in with you as well. Relax and enjoy your time!

-After the massage I will step out and allow you to get dressed and when you are ready open the door.
